League Fun Facts

The Grand Master League has drawn to a close.  I have to say it was certainly an experience playing Warmachine at such high points totals, and using two warcasters/ warlocks.  The dynamic of the games changes greatly, and some nasty combos can be created!  I particularly enjoyed how Deneghra's feat becomes even more powerful at high points, when the opponents models are huddles so closely together!

Life got in the way a lot of times, and the games took so much longer than normal that we didn't get in as many games as we had in our previous leagues.  I think it was agreed that a great time was had by all regardless.  I know a lot of people are looking forward to getting back to the sanity of the 50 points single caster games!  I could go for 100+ points for awhile though; how else am I going to use my two Kraken?!

Thank you to all that participated.  Having an excellent group of Warmachine players, and people I would consider all friends, really makes running these events a pleasure.  There will a short break from organized play, but when we return I'm thinking we should try The Longest Night...

As we've done for our previous leagues, here are some fun facts.
